HOW IT WORKS

    1. Get a group of friends and/or family together!

    2. Select a room, date, time, and book!

    3. Show up and solve all the puzzles to escape!

  • The entire session will last about 70 to 80 minutes. You will have a 5-10 minute briefing upon arrival, exactly 60 minutes in the room, and then a few minutes for photos afterward.

  • We’ll let your loved ones know that you’ll be staying with us for a while… just kidding! If time allows, we’ll provide a walkthrough of remainder of the room.

BOOKING WITH US

  • Reservations must be made in advance online through our secure booking system, Resova.

When booking a room, make sure you take into account the difficulty rating of that room compared to how experienced you are with escape rooms. The last thing that we'd want is for you and your group to play a room that is too hard for you!

Please pay special attention to the date when booking! We’d hate for you to come on the wrong day.

  • Same day walk-ins, though typically discouraged, may be accepted if we have a game operator available for the requisite room.

We also do not always have game operators on-site throughout the day. By booking in advance, we can ensure a game operator who is qualified to run your specific room is able to be on-site.

  • We do not keep cash on-site so we cannot make change for cash payments. Therefore, we highly recommend paying online through our booking system. We do have Square card readers for credit card payments on-site to add additional players to existing bookings (keeping in line with maximum occupancy for rooms).

  • All game cancellations with refund requests must be submitted via email to info@agameofrooms.com. Please include the name of the person who made the booking/whose name is on the booking when submitting cancellation requests.

Cancellations with refund requests must be made 48 hours in advance and will incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can receive store credit equal to the paid amount that has been unused, which can be used for booking at a later date. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Bookings may be rescheduled once up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation without any fees or penalty. Any additional changes, including any rescheduling done within 48 hours of the original booking time, WILL be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • We have a copy of our waiver here on the website and the ability to download a printable copy as well. Just click here to check it out and make sure to bring the printed waivers when you arrive for your booking!

  • If you have a sales tax exemption certificate please send a booking inquiry and a copy of the certificate to info@agameofrooms.com BEFORE attempting to book your room. We'll be happy to help you with your booking!

  • Yes! Plenty of parking is available in any space outside the facility.

THE RULES

  • You must have a minimum of at least 3 people in your group. However, the best team sizes are between 4-6 people.

Our rooms are designed for groups of 4-10 people with multiple things to do at any given time, which becomes increasingly difficult for smaller groups of players.

  • All of our games are private experiences. There will be no strangers (nor game operators) in the room with your group.

  • We set age recommendations for yours AND our peace of mind. Younger children (ages 11 and younger) typically do not possess the logic necessary to solve our challenges.

A mixture of adults and children can help as the adults can help guide older children through the puzzles.

Although we love having kids, if the majority of their ages are in the low teens, we REQUIRE an adult of 21+ to be in the room with them actively participating and keeping their behavior in check.

Please keep in mind that we are NOT a babysitting service. A responsible guardian/adult is required to be on location at ALL times.

  • Please make sure your group arrives 15 minutes prior to your booking to allow time for waivers to be signed, instructions to be disseminated, and so on.

Groups that arrive late will have time deducted from the room deduction out of consideration for following groups. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your booking with no refund or credit.

  • Each room has a designated storage space where phones, jackets, and any other personal belongings can be placed.

There is nothing in any of our rooms that will require you to use your phone, but please keep in mind that we do NOT allow any photo or video-taking while you are in the room.

  • No food or drink is allowed in the escape rooms!

We only allow food and drinks (including BYOB) in the party room. We kindly ask you to drink responsibly and to please be careful so that you do not create any large spills or messes. Any major accidents can incur a $100 fee. Thank you for your understanding!

CONCERNS

  • We do not physically lock the doors that you use to enter our rooms so that anyone can step out of the game as needed. All of the games have ample room for up to 10 people to move around.

That being said, if your level of claustrophobia is severe, it would be wise to avoid escape rooms in general.

  • We assure you that all of our games are friendly for both families and children. There is nothing scary, dark, or offensive.

  • While our rooms do not require any physical strength and there are places to sit down, disability can be unique to each individual.

We would request that you reach out to us, via either phone or e-mail, so that we can discuss your situation and make proper accommodations for you and your group.

  • Don’t worry - we are NOT a haunted house… no Freddy Kruegers here!

We want to make sure that you and your group will have a great experience. Our staff will be courteous, professional, and the experience will, of course, be lots of fun for everyone.
